
The Nature itself graced the Altay wheat, from which the flour is produced, with abundance of warmth, light and other conditions, necessary for high quality of grain. The flour is rich in vitamins and that makes it even more nutritious and wholesome.
The Altay-Batyushka brand offers flour of extra grade, and also high, 1- and 2-grade flour:
The flour of extra grade meets the highest requirements of GOST (the state quality standard), and this is no coincidence, because it is manufactured b processing the inner kernel of soft wheat. It is ideal for any foods made of dough, for instance yeast-raised layered cakes and home-made noodles.
The flour of high grade is produced under the sub-brand “For Fluffy Pastry”. It makes bakery goods voluminous and slightly porous; they retain shape and freshness for a long time, have a rich aroma and unique taste.
The products are packed into different sized packages: 1 kg (polypropylene package), 2 kg (paper and polypropylene package), 3 kg (polypropylene package), 5 kg (polypropylene carrier bag), 10 kg, 25 kg, 50 kg (polypropylene sack with a logo).
Altay Batyushka® trademark also produces semolina of soft grade.
PAVA was the first company in Russia to use a polypropylene package for flour and cereals along with a paper one. Polypropylene package is marked by special durability and enabled to pass air by the applied technological innovations. The recent upgrade of packaging lines at Mikhailovsky and Rebrikhinsky flour mills significantly improved the barrier characteristics of polypropylene packages, carrier bags and sacks, which allow to retain excellent qualities of the products for a long time. The package is supplied with a see-through “window”, thus a customer can immediately see the whiteness of the flour and its grinding coarseness.
