- The company started operations on the Altay flour market in 1996, acquiring the controlling stake in the Mikhailovsky milling plant, located in the Altay Territory. At the time, capacity of the mill did not exceed 100 MT per day. Investment in production helped increase the daily processing capacity up to 300 MT of grain.

In 1997 we purchased a stake in Rebrikha storage facilities and started construction of the milling plant on their basis. Today, Rebrikha mill is one of the largest structural units of the company, processing 600 MT of grain per day.

In 2004, OJSC “Achinsk-Khleboproduct” became the next enterprise incorporated in PAVA structure. Its daily processing volumes stand at 520 MT. After acquisition, the new production branch was renamed Achinsk mill.

Initially, we started business as a grain processing company, later expanding into farming production. Although it always seemed an obvious choice, considering the trends in the sector. One of the first farming units that started operating within PAVA structure was OJSC “Selkhozholding” in 2002.

Active efforts focused on development of farming production started in 2007. First of all, the decision was prompted by implementation of advanced wheat processing project, and the need to provide feedstock security of PAVA mills. Today, the company structure includes over 15 farming units in the Altay and Krasnoyarsk Territories.
